Keeping a clean, minimalistic look, the profile will show portraits created using plant specimens that are found within the Herbarium or on The Atlas of Florida Plants, which can be found via the Herbarium.


Since this campaign shows the herbarium specimens as art, these small wall decorations were made. the department would sell these at USF events throughout the year. These designs take the campaign out of the digital world and create something tangible to consumers, persuading them to visit the herbarium.

Above is an installation that would be on display at in the University of South Florida Contemporary Art Museum. Many students, especially art students, visit the art museum often and this event would once again connect the herbarium to art and how the department could be used for so much more than researching plants.
